Four Days Trek in Bukit Lawang
Start the trek around 8-9 a.m. (after breakfast) Walk around 6-7 hours into the jungle looking for orangutans and other wildlife, discovering medicinal plants and learning about their use. Around noon lunch break, before the trek continues through to the camp site. Take a rest at the camp, get a hot drink and take a refreshing shower in the small stream. Preparation of dinner.
After breakfast get ready for the trek. Walk around 5-6 hours, move to another camp site,looking for the wildlife, discovering medicinal plants and “jungle-food” and learning about their use. Get lunch in the jungle, before the trek continues to the camp near the river bank. Relax at the camp and get shower in clean small jungle river. Preparation of dinner.

Start trek after breakfast around 9 a.m., walk around 4-5 hours into the jungle looking for orangutans and other animals, after lunch the rest of the trek continues. You can choose to either walk back to Bukit Lawang or travel back by tube-rafting down the river.
Price per person: 155 Euro/person.
Minimum group-size: three persons.
Maximum group size : four – eight persons.
if you want to make a combination back to Bukit Lawang
by traditional tube rafting,you have to pay additional cost 10 Euro / person.

Fully licensed English speaking jungle guide.
Permit from the Bukit Lawang guide association.
Foods,fruits and water during jungle trekking.
Tent, sleeping mat,blanket/sheet,mosquito net.
Price excludes :
Permits to enter the national park PHPA office (ranger station) camera tax 150,000,Idr.
Necessary equipment :
Good walking-boots or sport shoes.
Long trousers or short for walking into the jungle.
Sports-sandals or flip-flops for walking in the river.
Towel,short pants,swimming suit.
Light trousers and long sleeved tops (extra sets of clean and dry clothes for the night).
Head torch or flashlight.
